A WOMAN who complained to her noisy neighbours was left mortified after receiving a note back… from the kids.

Martina Panchetti said the family next to her frequently played their piano in the mornings and regularly made noise.

A woman shared the handwritten note she received from her loud neighbours

After complaining, she was not expecting the handwritten reply she was sent back.

She said in a TikTok video on her @maartinapanchetti account: “We sent a letter to our neighbours politely asking to make less noise (they’re a family with kids) and possibly avoid playing the piano too early in the morning.

“This is how they replied…”

The note came in a yellow envelope which said “to neighbours” in a child-like handwriting, with a sticker depicting a cartoon globe.

Martina showed herself mock crying as she revealed a photo of the handwritten letter from the kids.

It read: “Dear neighbours,

“Thank you for your kind message.

“We realize that sometimes we can be noisy and naughty.

“We started learning piano and our teachers tell us to practice every day, but we sincerely apologize for not considering the times of the day and the weekends.

“To be honest, mommy has been telling us not to play in the mornings, and she also wants to get some sleep on the weekends.

“We promise YOU and we promise our mommy to try to be more considerate.

“Please accept our national Azeri sweets as a token of apology! Ps not nut-free!”

They signed off the message from “your loud neighbours.”

Martina appeared to be racked with guilt over her complaint, after receiving the sweet message from the children.

She added: “They also sent their national sweets.

“We’re in tears.”

Martina said she felt so bad she wanted to send a gift back in return.

She added: “On our way to cook some Italian sweets for them.”

Her video has clearly struck a chord online, as it has racked up over 104,000 likes.

One said: “Now THIS is parenting.”

A second added: “This would make me wanna put together a sorry basket for them.”

However, one joked: “Plot twist, that’s a passive-aggressive note from the dad.”
