GEMMA Collins has revealed she won’t be wearing her engagement ring every day – and has a good reason for it.
The former TOWIE star is set to marry Rami Hawash 14 years after they first found love.
The Sun exclusively revealed back in February how Gemma, 43, said yes after Rami proposed on a romantic holiday.
Now with wedding plans being drawn up, the blonde beauty has revealed she won’t be wearing her big engagement rock every day.
Gemma explained to the Mirror: “I waited long enough. But it is honestly the best of the best and you won’t get another one like this.
“It’s one of a kind. It’s huge and set in platinum, but truthfully I don’t think I’ll wear it every day.
“It’s so precious that I’ll get a replica made and only bring it out on special occasions.”
Rami spoke to the GC’s parents before purchasing the ring, and had it made from Hatton Garden – the same jewellers that made her mum’s ring.
Gemma and Rami were first engaged 11 years ago but they sadly split as she wasn’t ready to settle down at the time.
They rekindled their romance in lockdown after a chance meeting at a music concert, which followed her sad break-up from her troubled Towie co-star James Argent.
Gemma has now insisted this time the wedding will take place, continuing to the Mirror: “It’s official this time.
“He’s finally put a ring on it. It was the best surprise when Rami proposed. I wasn’t even wearing a bra. But I wouldn’t change a thing.”
Gemma hinted that the nuptials will take place in 2026 – the same year that Rami turns 50.
