With a staggering brood of 22 kids, the Radfords have earned their reputation as Britain’s biggest family. Led by parents Sue and Noel, this extraordinary family resides in an equally extraordinary home. Let’s take a peek into their fascinating abode.

A Mansion Built for a Super Family

Nestled in the coastal town of Morecambe, Lancashire, the Radfords have transformed a former care home into their sprawling residence. This ten-bedroom mansion has been thoughtfully renovated to accommodate not only the parents but also their 19 children who still live at home.

Sue Radford, the matriarch of the family, expressed her excitement, saying, “It’s the house we’ve been dreaming of for years and years. It’s got a nice big garden all around it, and there’s plenty of land for what we want. It’s a house where we can put our stamp on it.”

The incredible property boasts an expansive garden complete with an outdoor bar, a cinema, and a luxurious £27,000 swimming pool. It’s no wonder the Radfords affectionately call it home.

Dreams of Expansion

Although the Radfords have resided in their current mansion since 2004, they recently embarked on a quest for a new family home. In their search, Sue and Noel were determined to find a plot of land where they could build their dream house.

Exploring various options, including four potential plots, the Radfords were eager to create a residence that would provide ample space for their growing family. Sue emphasized the challenge, saying, “It’s so hard to find land that’s available and in the right location of where you want it. We want the kids to have their own space. It needs to be bigger basically; we’ve grown out of this house.”

Fortunately, in 2023, the family announced that they had finally found their dream home and made an offer. The anticipation and excitement were palpable as Noel shared, “We’ve had an offer accepted on a house. We just absolutely love it; it’s just so perfect for us. It’s the house we’ve been dreaming of for years and years. It’s got a nice big garden all around it, and there’s plenty of land for what we want. It’s a house where we can put our stamp on it.”

While the Radfords have yet to relocate to their new abode, they have made plans to divide their household between the two homes. This arrangement will grant their eldest children more independence and ensure everyone has enough space to thrive.

Life Beyond their Remarkable Home

Apart from their incredible residence, Sue and Noel Radford enjoy a few other luxuries. They own a £30,000 Range Rover car, an £80,000 Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid Quarzite, and a campervan valued at £40,000.

Sue and Noel generate income through various ventures, including their bakery shop and their television show. They have also found success on social media platforms like YouTube, where they can command up to £10,000 per sponsored post.
