A shocking discovery has been made regarding the deadly medical helicopter crash in western Oklahoma. According to a preliminary report by the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), a dead goose was found in the flight control system of the helicopter. This tragic incident resulted in the loss of all three individuals on board.

Tragically, the crash claimed the lives of the pilot, as well as the flight nurse and paramedic from Air Evac Lifeteam.
