The popular streaming platform Peacock has just made an exciting announcement at the Television Critics Association winter press tour in Pasadena. They have given a straight-to-series order for an adaptation of the gripping novel “All Her Fault” written by the talented Andrea Mara.

A Compelling Story Brought to Life

The series, which will be based on Mara’s novel, will be adapted for the screen by the talented Megan Gallagher, known for her work on “Wolf” and “Suspicion.” Gallagher will not only adapt the book but also serve as an executive producer of the show. The series will be produced by Universal International Studio, with Gareth Neame, Nigel Marchant, and Joanna Strevens coming aboard as executive producers on behalf of Carnival. Mara herself will also be involved as an associate producer.

“All Her Fault” takes place in the vibrant city of Chicago. The story follows Marissa Irvine, who arrives at 14 Arthur Avenue to pick up her young son Milo from his first playdate with a new school friend. However, Marissa is in for a shock when the woman who answers the door is a complete stranger. Carnival’s Impressive Lineup

This exciting project marks another series order for Carnival, the renowned production company behind acclaimed shows like “Downton Abbey” and “The Last Kingdom.” Carnival is also producing the highly anticipated series “Lockerbie,” featuring Colin Firth and focusing on the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103. Additionally, they are working on a series adaptation of the iconic thriller “The Day of the Jackal,” starring Eddie Redmayne and Lashana Lynch.

More Thrills on Peacock

Peacock didn’t stop with just this thrilling adaptation announcement. At the TCA winter press tour, they revealed three other series orders. These include a limited series about the infamous serial killer John Wayne Gacy, a mockumentary starring the talented duo of Steph Curry and Adam Pally, and an espionage thriller led by “Shang Chi” star Simu Liu, with James Wan serving as the executive producer. All these new series are sure to keep audiences on the edge of their seats.
